Visitor Center
The Visitor Center has a large meeting room, full service kitchen, and restrooms. Seats up to 75 for dining. Tables and chairs included. Built in 2003 with help from funds from the school children of Texas.
Deposit
Deposit is in addition to Rental Fee to secure reservation and cover any damages that may occur. It will be applied to rental fee when cleanup checklist is complete and approved.
Personal Event In the Visitor Center 9am-4pm
For parties during open hours. Visitor Center Will Still OPEN To Public Visitors.
Private Event In the Visitor Center 9am-4pm
For parties during open hours. CLOSES Visitor Center To Public Visitors.

Within Fort Walls
Details
This is for a private event held inside the Fort. No overnight camping will be allowed inside the Fort or inside the Cabins in the Fort. Any tables or chairs needed inside will need to be moved by the renter. Any tents or canopies are not provided and are the responsibility of the renter.

Private Event Inside the Fort 9am-4pm
For private parties during open hours. This CLOSES the Fort to outside visitors.
Miss Rogers Music House Bed and Bath
Historic House with a full kitchen, living room, 1 full bath, and 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. 1 bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 full size beds. Large front porch to relax on.

Barrack - Camp Houses
2 units; 19 rooms total in both barracks combined. These historical buildings were Barrack houses used during World War II in the German POW (Prisoner of War) camp, called Camp Tehuacana, that was just outside of Mexia, Texas. The camp was located near where Mexia State Supported Living Center is today.
Deposit
Deposit of one night required to secure reservation and will be applied to rental fee when cleanup checklist is complete and approved. Deposit is in addition to Rental Fee to secure reservation and cover any damages that may occur.
Large Barrack/Camp House per night
No individual room rentals. Kitchenette, Separate Men's & Women's Bathrooms, 11 Bedrooms with 16 beds that are a mix of twins, fulls and queen.
Small Barrack/Camp House per night
No individual room rentals. Coffee Bar Area, 7 Rooms with 10 beds that are a mix of twins, fulls and queen. Single large bathroom with a wheelchair accessible shower. Long ramp up to main deck and between the deck levels for wheelchair access.
Full Property Package
This closes the entire property to visitors/tourists.

Full private use of Entire Facility
24 Hour Minimum - Full private use of entire facility for 24 hours. Paid in full 48 hours in advance.
