Beautiful Fort and Information Center!! This is a great place to visit. Clean and well organized areas. We appreciate all the work the local historical society and others have done there.

I look forward to going to ALL of the concerts here in the future. This is by far the best place I've ever been to see a concert... Such Nostalgia!! This is a fantastic look into the glorious history of Texas and the earlier settlers.

Awesome,  just totally awesome.. I am truly touched by the restoration of this old fort. I almost cried. If you live in Texas, you must come and see the fort here and all the exhibitions. I plan on coming to one of the concerts or some of the other events I see on your calendar of events.

never took the opportunity to sign. have been attending Christmas at the fort for over 7 years or so. I am the adjutant of the civil war group (Texas volunteer militia, portraying f Col 6th tx cav dismtd). we have a ball every year (yes, even when it rains) and appreciate all the hard work that it takes to put this on. we will be attending this year, god willing and the creek don't rise (too much). we will try to participate in the battle for the fort. we will bring a civil war mountain howitzer with us to play with. should be a real crowd pleaser. we just haven't decided whether we will defend the fort, or help the Indians. leaning towards the Indians in which case we will dress as renegades...looking for a great time as always. keep up the good work. see you all there. Very nice. My friend Feather is on her way to work with your staff. She is very knowledgeable of that era in our history. My father had a master degree from Stephen F Austin in History so I have always enjoyed it. My mother used to live in Fairfield so I look forward to a visit. Could you reserve me a tent sight with electricity. David E. Westbrook..
